Email info@rakshiq.com. Include your shop domain and, if a discount is not applying as expected, roughly how many line items were in the cart — that is usually the deciding detail.
A discount is not applying
Three things account for most of it:
- The customer is not in a tier. Open Customers in the app and look the customer up — it shows the tier stored on them next to the tier their tags imply, and says so when the two disagree.
- The change has not propagated yet. Saving tiers takes a moment to reach the checkout. Wait a few seconds and run the test cart again.
- The quantity has not reached a break. Quantity is totalled across every cart line sharing a product, so check the total rather than any one line.
Checking without a real order
The Test cart screen builds a real cart, asks Shopify to price it, and shows what Shopify actually charged next to what your settings predict. If those two disagree, that is the problem — and it is worth sending us the numbers.
